Join Race Day Events, Fleet Feet Sports and SBR
Coaching and Training in Miami, Florida for the 2010
destination marathon program. Options include the
5k, half and full marathons for participants of ALL
levels and abilities.
Informational Meeting: Monday September
21st, 2009 7:15 p.m. at Fleet Feet Sports
Join us for an informational meeting at
Fleet Feet Sports on Old Sauk Rd. You will receive
additional information on registration discounts,
group sponsor discounts, group lodging, current
flight pricing and recap fun had at the previous
trips to Miami, Phoenix, and Austin. You will also
receive a training program based on your ability and
experience. Arrive early and join us for the Monday
Rush Hour run from Fleet Feet. 5 Miles at 5:45 p.m.
18 week training program starts September
28th, 2009
The 18 week training program starts September 28th,
2009. You will receive a copy of the training
program at the informational meeting. Training
programs and coaching on all long runs will be
provided by Aaron Rickens and Ryan Griessmeyer of
Race Day Events and Jessica Laufenberg of SBR
Coaching and Training.
If you can’t make the meeting, stop at Fleet Feet or
e-mail Ryan (ryan@racedayeventsllc.com) for a
copy. Training programs will be based on ability,
experience, and desired marathon pace.

Destination Marathon
Program ($60.00)*:
Includes: Destination marathon Tech-T, Discounted race
registration, Secure group tent at marathon
start/finish, Run leader/coach on long runs (10+ miles),
Hammer nutrition and water on long runs, One (1) free
running related seminar, $10.00 off one (1) pair of
shoes from Fleet Feet – Madison, Free entry into the New
Year’s Day Dash, and a 10% discount on running related
services at SBR Coaching.
Marathon Lodging Option #1 – Hotel
($55/night/person)**:
Includes: Best Western Atlantic Beach Resort - Two
queen beds (Four persons to a room)
Marathon Lodging Option #2 –
Hotel ($110/night/person)**:
Includes: Best Western Atlantic Beach Resort - Two
queen beds. (Double Occupancy)
* Personal coaching options are available from SBR
Coaching at an additional cost. CCMC members receive $10
discount on destination marathon program fee.
** Lodging is reserved at the Best Western Atlantic
Beach Resort. The hotel is located in Miami Beach on
the ocean within walking distance to many restaurants
and the Miami Convention Center where the Expo and
Packet Pick-Up are located. Lodging prices may
fluctuate based on program participation. $150 Deposit
is due by November 1st.
Transportation:
Transportation has been arranged for an additional
fee. Transportation includes:

activities including dinner, sightseeing, etc.
