Registration for the 2014 Sugar River Triathlon is OPEN!

Race Day Events is excited for the third annual Sugar River Triathlon! This sprint triathlon held in Belleville, WI on August 31, 2014 offers participants of all levels a safe race experience swimming in calm Lake Belle View.  A bike course of rolling hills is followed by a run on gravel trails and quiet neighborhood streets.

The course will be accurately measured and well-marked, and the race will be chip-timed by SMA timing.  Transition will be secure and professional bike SAG will be provided by Trek Bicycles in transition and out on the course.  Each athlete will receive a technical t-shirt, a safe course with an experience water safety team on the swim marked by large highly-visible buoys.  Pre-race water and post-race refreshments will be served.

A pre-race clinic from a local pro triathlete and/or USAT certified coaches will be announced closer to race day.  Please check the "Race Preview Clinic" section on this website for exact dates, times and clinic coach.

Awards will be given to the top three athletes in each age group. This year, Sugar River Triathlon is part of the WI Tri Series Presented by Trek Bicycle Stores of Madison, so points can be earned at this race for the series!

Throughout the season, the series scoring will be tracked on Athlinks, and at each race you will have the opportunity to enter a raffle for a Trek Speed Concept bike at the end of the series.
