Registrations for ALL Trail Runs are now open!
To add to the fun of these events, we're working with area eating/drinking establishments to offer you a deal on either food or drink (or both) after each event. We'd like these trail runs to turn into a timed version of the group fun run! Here's a schedule of our partners:
Cambridge: Camrock Cafe - 10% off food and $2 pints with your race bib after the event!
DeForest: We'll be grilling out at the park shelter and enjoying some beverages post race!
Verona: Pasquals in Verona

A weekday racing or training opportunity! These 5K trail running events will be held on one Thursday a month May through August in Cambridge, Verona and DeForest, WI. Join us to get a break from your usual neighborhood loop, to get a good speed workout in or to get a mid-week competition fix!

Registration:
Online registration is available on Active.com. You will be able to register online up till NOON the day of an event. Day of registration will be available at the race site starting at 5:30PM for each event.
Cost:
Individual: $15.00 per Event or $40.00 for all 3 races.
****Add $5.00 to the above costs for race day registration.****
All prices include WI sales tax.
Course:
All of these 5K events are held on the rolling hills and trails in either Token Creek park, CamRock Trails, or Badger Prairie park.

Inclement Weather and Refund Policy:
In the case of inclement weather, the Race Director will make the race time decision to delay or cancel the event. We will make every effort to hold the race on the scheduled date. If necessary, the distances of the swim and/or run may be modified based on conditions and safety. In the case of cancelation we will make every effort possible to reschedule the event at a later date (subject to park availability). If an event is canceled, please check this website for rescheduling information. If severe weather is predicted we will announce cancelation of the event on this website, the Fleet Feet website, and if possible, via email.
